Contemporary calf, repaired. With 24 leaves of plates. The plates are numbered sequentially, but some are on separate leaves and some are printed onto the letterpress pages as illustrations. One of the separate leaves is a map. From the library of Charles John Dimsdale, with his armorial bookplate. Charles John Dimsdale was 5th Baron of the Russian Empire. A very good copy.
